Mr.Irfan ambition is to create a sustainable & resilient society by increasing the efficiency of humanitarian work through bridging the gap between academia and field along with institutionalizing holistic approach and sharing of knowledge and experiences while working with the people rather than for the people.

Irfan has more than five years of multi-sectorial experience in humanitarian work spanning from DRR, Community Mobilization & WASH to Nutrition and Livelihoods and from Conflict triggered disasters to Earthquake, Flood response and Development, He feels confident to contribute better with excellence by bringing learning to practice. Having this multi-dimensional expertise and holistic approach with a vision of professional Disaster Manager and social scientist, he feels to be well equipped to understand and design more sustainable interventions and hence induce sustainability and resilience.
